N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate
Also called Epitalon Amidate · N-Ac-Epitalon-NH2
N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate is marketed as a more durable version of Epitalon for sleep and longevity goals. The extra chemical modifications may sound like an upgrade, but they do not establish better sleep, longer life or a known dose conversion. The key practical question is what has actually been tested for this exact form.
Dosage & duration
One reported proposal · not a validated regimen
One amidate-use report
Reported use · unapproved regimen- Dose
- 5–10 mg total daily
- How often
- Daily injection; specific injection route not stated
- How long
- 10 days; post proposes repeating every 3–6 months
An attributed online claim, not a study or common-use estimate. Route detail and clinical safety support are missing.
The suggested repeat interval has not been validated. Parent Epitalon amounts are not a verified dose-equivalence rule for this modified product.
The practical difference
What does the modified form add?
Sleep and longevity goals are similar; the upgrade claim needs its own evidence.
| Comparison | Parent Epitalon | N-acetyl amidate |
|---|---|---|
| The appeal | Sleep and healthier aging | The same goals, with claimed greater durability |
| Study relevance | Evidence belongs to the exact preparation studied. | Parent findings do not validate the modified form. |
Why do people choose the modified form?
The appeal is the same as regular Epitalon—sleep and healthy aging—with an added promise of improved stability. A chemical change can alter a compound, but it cannot establish how much longer it lasts in people or whether that improves a meaningful outcome.
What is actually borrowed from Epitalon?
Much of the telomere and pineal discussion concerns the unmodified parent or a different extract. It should not be relabelled as a clinical result for the amidate. Even the parent’s cell results do not establish longer human life.
How should online dose claims be read?
The visible example is a proposed protocol, not a trial. Its route detail is incomplete. We retain that uncertainty rather than quietly turning “injection” into SC or adding a preferred schedule.
A practical comparison
Compare exact product identity, source evidence and the outcome you care about before comparing price per vial. A claim that the derivative is more potent does not establish a conversion factor or show it is the better choice.
Model details: N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate · relative timing
Compare timing and buildup for this compound. The values are not blood concentrations or a measure of strength.
Shows a relative timing scenario; absolute blood concentrations are not calibrated.
Timing assumptions and sources
Legacy 1.44 h and a claimed extension over parent 0.96 h are unsupported numerical assumptions.
One 1 mg input peaks at 1 relative unit after a single dose. Other amounts scale proportionally; overlapping doses add when accumulation is on. Different compounds use separate relative scales.
- Timing half-life used
- 1.44 hours
- Absorption half-life assumed
- 0.36 hours
- Reference amount for the relative scale
- 1 mg
- Absorption half-life is assumed to be one quarter of the slower timescale (0.36 h); it is not a measured absorption parameter.
- A single 1-unit input has a peak of 1 relative unit; scaling and repeated-dose addition are mathematical assumptions. This normalization is independent of the example dose.
- The supplier identity declaration is not a PK study.
- Do not assume a 1.5x half-life multiplier from chemical end-capping.
- Conscientia — N-acetyl Epithalon amidate specification
Previously declared derivative identity; no kinetic inference accepted.
- Khavinson et al.2003, parent Epithalon fibroblast experiment
ParentAEDG in culture, not N-acetyl amidated derivative or humanPK.

Common questions
Is the amidate stronger than regular Epitalon?
The reviewed evidence does not establish a human potency or duration comparison. Marketing language is not a measured conversion factor.
Does a longer theoretical half-life mean a better cycle?
No. An assumed duration does not establish improved sleep, longevity or safety, or determine a repeat interval.

Notes on the quick facts
- Main appeal
- This is the marketing proposition, not a measured human comparison.
- Same as Epitalon?
- The parent’s research cannot establish derivative efficacy.
- Dose conversion
