Modelled Peak / Trough Explorer
Inspect the range and pre-next-dose level in the final complete modelled dosing interval.
These are model outputs, not validated individual blood levels or a bloodwork schedule. The selected horizon does not establish steady state. Defaults are examples, not dosing instructions.
For weekday schedules, model day zero is Monday. No actual calendar or lab date is selected.
Unavailable models are excluded; compound reference entries remain available.
Model details: 5-Amino-1MQ · relative timing
Compare timing and buildup for this compound. The values are not blood concentrations or a measure of strength.
Shows a relative timing scenario; absolute blood concentrations are not calibrated.
Timing assumptions and sources
Retained only as an explicit mathematical timing assumption; not a verified human half-life. No concentration-unit amplitude is supported.
One 1 mg input peaks at 1 relative unit after a single dose. Other amounts scale proportionally; overlapping doses add when accumulation is on. Different compounds use separate relative scales.
- Timing half-life used
- 12 hours
- Absorption half-life assumed
- 3 hours
- Reference amount for the relative scale
- 1 mg
- Absorption half-life is assumed to be one quarter of the slower timescale (3 h); it is not a measured absorption parameter.
- A single 1-unit input has a peak of 1 relative unit; scaling and repeated-dose addition are mathematical assumptions. This normalization is independent of the example dose.
- Human route/formulation, systemic exposure, absorption and terminal kinetics were not established by the reviewed source. Cell permeability cannot supply oral bioavailability.

Cell permeability and mouse efficacy experiments do not provide matched human systemic Cmax, absorption or elimination parameters.

All three values use this same interval and the preceding model doses. The minimum can occur at its start while accumulation is still changing; it need not equal the pre-next-dose value.
Results depend on the stored PK parameters, dose scaling, and sampled time grid. Relative units describe timing and accumulation on a model scale; they are not blood concentrations. The model omits individual physiology and endogenous hormone production and can truncate small residuals to zero. Peaks between samples can be missed.
There is no universal trough bloodwork window. Monitoring depends on the medication, formulation, and clinical purpose; the Endocrine Society testosterone guideline gives different sampling timing for different formulations. This tool does not schedule tests or guide GLP-1 titration.
About this tool
Inspect the highest and lowest sampled levels and the pre-next-dose model value in the final complete dosing interval within a selected horizon. All three values describe the same model interval. They are not validated individual blood levels, proof of steady state, or a recommended laboratory-testing window.
How to use it
- 1 Select an available model and enter a positive model dose. Defaults are examples, not a regimen.
- 2 Choose the model schedule and horizon. For fixed-weekday patterns, abstract model day zero is Monday.
- 3 Compare the sampled maximum, minimum, and exact pre-next-dose model value in the stated interval.
- 4 Review the limits before interpreting the numbers. If fewer than two doses fit the horizon, no complete interval is available.
Frequently asked questions
Is the lowest sample always the pre-dose trough?
No. While accumulation is changing, the interval's minimum can be at its start and differ from the value immediately before the next dose. The tool shows both separately.
Does an eight-week model establish steady state?
No. The horizon selects which interval is examined; the tool does not test convergence to steady state. Model assumptions and the sampled time grid also affect the displayed range.
When should I arrange bloodwork?
This tool does not select personal test timing or guide GLP-1 titration. Timing depends on the medication, formulation, and clinical purpose; even testosterone guidance differs by formulation.
